If you are a member or friend, be sure to review your record and ensure all info is up-to-date and complete for you and all children that you are registering for camp. Share everything we need to know to provide good care for each child.

We are considering adding an optional sleepover, dependent on level of interest. Sleeping space would be on the floor with attendees needing to bring all supplies. No showers on site.

We experimented with traveling by transit at spring break and it was a fun success! Two options:

THERE
- 7:30-7:50am drop at Cedar Hill Rec Earth Drums bus stop
- 8:05 #8 bus stop boarding on Finlayson in front of Mayfair

BACK
- 5:22 Mayfair arrival
- 5:30 Cedar Hill arrival

We will require advance permission if any child will be disembarking at Mayfair and has permission to leave the bus if their grownup is not waiting at the stop for them.

If there are any concerns, and for children new to transit, we ask that for the first morning of travel parents and children meet us at Cedar Hill. Children are supervised by a screened adult on their ride. Riders welcome to travel by transit one direction or some of the days.

Busses wait for no one. Ensure you leave yourself plenty of time in your planning to ensure you don't miss the bus.

Accessibility & inclusion

Our aim is to address barriers to participation without overcommitting beyond our capacity to provide safe care.

If any kids need special support to participate, let's talk and see what we can arrange.

To include older children it may be possible to create volunteer leader roles for older kids wanting looking to get such experience and/or a reference.

Our aim to prevent parent work schedules from being a barrier to participation.

Please note that registration is not confirmed until we respond and confirm that there is space available in all the days and times requested and that we have the capacity to meet any special needs.
